He was extremely patient to explain every single step to let us understand the whole process in a really short time. He is great in scheduling lots of tours in just one day so that the buyers could see as many houses as they can in a short time. "Rick is an excellent broker and I can’t say enough good things about him and his team. He has helped us for many years with many transactions on both the financing side and helping us to sell our home and buy a new home. The hustle on our most recent transaction was extraordinary. We expected top dollar for our house and needed it quickly. We asked him to get our house on the market asap. They provided us with suggestions on how to show our house in the best light, made a plan and then they personally took care of every detail from scheduling cleaning, staging, helping to move out furniture, take pictures off walls preparing everything needed to be listed on the MLS and open house showing. They had it on the market in 2 weeks and it looked spectacular when they had finished…I almost did not want to sell. They were even personally in the garden planting plants, spreading chips and refreshing the curb appeal. "We found Rick through a referral from my mortgage lender. He was super knowledgeable about the area. Our listing was for a Tri-plex, and the market can be a little tricky there. He did a lot of homework, and he invited us on field trips to see other potential comps so we felt comfortable with his advice. We were able to sell off market for over asking. Unfortunately, our first deal fell through due to some silly loophole that the City found after 3 prospective build meetings. Fortunately, he was able to quickly get another 3 off market deals, also over asking and with a better close than the first accepted offer. Tia was amazing at organizing all of the details, keeping everyone on task, and giving great advice on home improvements. Both of them got sleeves up in our messy backyard and helped redesign the yard. In the meantime, he helped my brother find a place to buy as well that would close right after the sale. We had a great time looking for houses, getting to know each other, and joking around. My brother taught him some new lingo - we were giving prospective houses the “randy Jackson - hey dawg, that’s gonna be a no”. We got a great deal on a new condo. Rick went to bat for us in both situations. He was a huge advocate for us and worked all hours of the day and night to get us even more than we knew we needed. I look forward to our next purchase!! "
